Processing & Shipping Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Please carefully review all billing and shipping information before submitting your order.

Clotilde Boutique is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Clotilde Boutique is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries caused by the shipping carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for delivery issues.
