All purchases made through Clotilde Boutique are final sale. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Returns for Store Credit Only
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and order details. Approved returns may qualify for store credit only.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Clotilde Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
